Returns

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Once approved, I’ll send you the return address. Return postage with tracking is paid by the customer unless I sent the wrong item.

A 20% restocking fee plus postage, customs, or transaction costs will be deducted from refunds.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order on arrival and email photos if it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect so I can make it right.

If an incorrect address was provided and the parcel has already shipped, I can’t refund if it’s lost.

Refunds

I’ll email once I’ve received and checked your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. It may take longer for your bank to process it.

Non-returnable Items

I can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
• Sale or discounted pieces
• Custom, made-to-order, or pre-order work
• Gift cards
• In-person market or event sales

Cancellations


Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before they are packed, whichever comes first.

Please double-check your cart before checking out, as transaction fees are charged once payment is made.
